Into the Unknown
What happens when we step outside our familiar patterns, our habitual ways of moving, relating, and responding? In life as well as in dance, we tend to keep repeating known movements, known rhythms, and known relational dynamics. While these patterns offer a sense of safety, they can also limit spontaneity, creativity, and authentic connection. This workshop explores what it means to move beyond these habitual “scripts” and step into the unknown.

In Listening We Touch
A Contact Improvisation weekend workshop exploring how attention transforms movement, technique, and connection.
“Tension masks sensation.” This simple insight reminds us that the more we become occupied with doing, controlling, or achieving a particular outcome, the less we are able to perceive what is already present.
